Dutch vote on Europe constitution

The EU constitution must be ratified by all EU members in order to be implemented. France said non and now 60% of Dutch voters are expected to say nee. However, in the Netherlands, any rejection of the constitution is unlikely to have the same impact because the Dutch vote is non-binding.
